How We Fulfil Orders

GLABLB is an online retailer that sources products from trusted international fulfilment partners. This means your order is dispatched from an overseas warehouse and shipped directly to your door. We are fully transparent about this: delivery times are longer than standard UK domestic shipping, but we offset this with competitive pricing and full order tracking on every shipment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 7–17 business days
  • European Union: 10–20 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier conditions, or high-demand periods. Because items ship from international warehouses, delivery times may be longer than standard UK domestic retailers — we appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £25.

Order Tracking

Every order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery progress at any time.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@glablb.com or call +44 7984 756065 and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 90 days of the order date.
