Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes: We ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- European Union: 10–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Please note these are estimates, and delays may occur due to customs, carrier conditions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery progress.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. The customer is responsible for these charges, which are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at adieakpe@gmail.com, and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. Claims for lost shipments must be made within 90 days of the order date.
